We collect as little as we can and use it only to run your games and your orders, in line with the Protection of Personal Information Act (POPIA).

What we keep

• Buyers: name, email address, orders, and the games on your account.
• Hosting: when you start a game, the approximate city it was started from, and the device type, to keep accounts from being shared.
• Players: the first name typed into the game. Rooms and their contents are deleted automatically a few days after the game.
• Mailing list: your email address, only if you sign up or tick the box at checkout.

Who else handles it

Payfast processes payments. Our hosting, database and email providers store data on our behalf. We don't sell personal information.

Your rights

Ask us for a copy of your data, to correct it or to delete it: hello@mysteryondemand.co.za.
